Terms and conditions of sale
The Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase regulate the legal relations between the customer of the mysport.lv online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") and the owner of the mysport.lv online store SIA MySport (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") in the purchase and sale of goods.
The terms and conditions are in English and have been translated from Latvian. In case of any uncertainties or disputes, the main language of communication is Latvian.
The terms of sale must comply with the applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia and must be supplemented if necessary (in the event of a dispute or lack of information).
In addition to the General Conditions, the relationship between the Buyer and the Seller is governed by the Principles of Fair Purchase and Sale, additional information about the Goods and the terms and conditions described in the "Warranties and Conditions".
The Seller reserves the right to change the above rules and product or service prices. If the Buyer has placed an order before the changes came into force, they shall not apply to the Buyer, except as provided for in the laws or instructions in force at the time the order was placed.
By placing an order with mysport.lv, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Price list
Prices on mysport.lv are in euros and do not include shipping. The delivery price depends on the delivery method chosen at the time of ordering.
In EU countries, all prices are inclusive of 21% value added tax.

Shopping cart and order placement
The Buyer's shopping cart is activated at the moment the Buyer clicks on the "Add to Cart" button.
Adding an item to the shopping cart does not necessarily mean that the Customer will buy that item.
The shopper can change the number of items in the shopping basket and, if necessary, remove items from the shopping basket.
The items in your basket can be ordered by other customers until the order is confirmed and paid for.
To place an order, the Buyer must enter to his/her shopping cart, where a list of selected products and delivery information will be displayed.
The Buyer may choose the most appropriate method of delivery at the time of placing the order. The Buyer must provide the correct contact details to avoid possible delays, misunderstandings and additional costs during delivery.
Order payment
The order confirmation contains the following information: order number, product ordered, contact details of the Buyer, delivery method, payment method, SIA MySport company details.
Payment to the Omniva courier can be made by bank card.
Delivery
Delivery is a paid service, except where the Seller offers free delivery for a certain period.
The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate delivery details and address.
The goods are delivered by SIA MySport logistics partners, the Seller does not deliver the goods.
Upon acceptance of the goods, the Buyer shall inspect the condition of the delivered packaging. If the packaging is damaged, check the condition of the goods. If the packaging and goods are damaged, the Buyer must contact the Seller in writing at info@my-sport.lv or by calling the physical shop.
The Seller cannot guarantee that the Goods will in all cases be delivered in accordance with the Conditions and/or other rules of the Online Shop and that they will be delivered in accordance with the delivery terms individually specified to the Buyer, especially if the ordered Goods are not in the Seller's warehouse. The Seller undertakes to use its best endeavours to deliver the Goods as soon as possible.
Liabilities and unforeseen circumstances
SIA MySport shall be liable to the Buyer for damages resulting from breaches of the provisions of these Instructions in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Latvia as advertised.
The Buyer shall be liable to mysport.lv for damages resulting from breaches of the provisions of these Instructions, in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Latvia as advertised.
Neither Party shall be liable for the other Party, and the actions of the other Party shall not be deemed to be a breach of the instruction given by reason of any delay or failure to comply with any obligation, if the cause of the delay or failure to comply with the obligation is beyond the reasonable control of the other Party (unforeseen circumstances).
The Seller shall not be liable for moral damages resulting from changes or alterations in delivery times, prices and other conditions described in this section.
Other conditions
The Seller shall use the Buyer's personal information only for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The Seller shall not disclose the information provided to third parties, with the exception of partners who ensure the delivery of the goods to the Buyer, as well as in cases provided for by law. The Seller reserves the right to use the Buyer's personal information to send messages and advertising.
In cases not covered by these Conditions, the Buyer and the Seller shall act in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations governing their transaction.
Disagreements and disputes concerning the implementation of the provisions of this Instruction shall be settled in the first instance by negotiation. If disputes arising under the terms of the Contract cannot be resolved by negotiation, either the Buyer or the Seller may apply to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or to a court for redress.
