The MySport client card is free of charge and is issued to anyone who registers on the MySport website or at the store checkout. Loyalty program members receive discounts on a large selection of items both in-person at MySport stores and online at MySport.lv.
What the MySport Client Card Offers

In-store discounts: Client card holders receive a 5% discount on purchases over €20 and a 10% discount on in-store purchases over €100.

How to Get a Client Card
The client card is free, and no physical card is required – registration is enough.

Register on mysport.lv. Create an account by filling out the registration form here. It will only take a minute.

Register during checkout. You can also register while placing an order in the online store. Select the "Log in" option during checkout and proceed with registration.

Register at the store checkout. You can register quickly by filling out a simple form in-person. Discounts will apply immediately after registration.
How the Client Card Works

In the online store: Once you are logged into your account, discounts will be applied to your purchase automatically. There is no need to enter codes or activate the card manually.

In the physical store: Inform the cashier that you are a MySport client and provide your name, email address, or phone number, and the specialist will apply the discount.

Is the loyalty card free?
Yes, completely free. The MySport loyalty card costs nothing — you get it simply by registering on mysport.lv or when placing your first order in the online store.
How do I know which products have a loyalty card discount?
The loyalty card price is visible to all visitors on mysport.lv — just look next to each product's regular price.
Does the discount work in physical stores too?
Yes. The loyalty card discount applies in both MySport stores in Riga and Valmiera, as well as in the online store. At the checkout in store, simply provide your email address or phone number. At the Outlet store, a loyalty card is not needed — all products there are already discounted.
Do I need a physical card?
No physical card exists. In store, your email address or phone number is enough. In the online store, the discount is applied automatically once you're logged in to your account.
Am I already a loyalty card member?
If you have a registered account on mysport.lv, yes — your loyalty discount is already active. Log in and you'll see the member price next to each eligible product.
Does the discount apply to every product?
The discount is available on most products, but not the entire range. It may not apply to certain items or products already on sale (discounts cannot be combined). The member price is always shown clearly next to each product in the online store.
