Syform Melatonic 80caps
Melatonin supplement, combined with adenosine and glycine. The intake of 1 mg of melatonin helps to reduce the time needed to get to sleep and helps to promote the adptation to changes time zone.
INGREDIENTS: Bulking agents: calcium phosphate and microcellulose; Thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; Adenosine, Glycine, Anti-cacking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; Melatonin.
DIRECTIONS: Take 1 tablet in the evening just before bedtime. In the case of jet lag, take the product just before bedtime on the first day of travel and a few days after arriving at your destination.
PACKAGE: 80 tablets x 90 mg.
