Salomon Skate Boots S Race SK PRO is a high performance, World Cup-proven race skate boot. It uses a carbon frame, ratchet buckle, and dissociated lacing to deliver precise fit and transmission. Compatible with Prolink®, NNN® and Turnamic® bindings.

Technical Information:

• Chassis / Carbon skating plate - Extra light, dynamic, the carbon plate stores energy when flexing & returns it at the end of the kick for more power. It provides unequaled torsional strength for complete transmission;

• Chassis / Long 3D Carbon Skate Chassis - Significantly lengthened carbon foot cradle wraps more of the foot for maximum stiffness and torsional rigidity. More of skiers’ side forces are directed into the bindings and the skis;

• Cuff / S-Lab Carbon Energyzer cuff - Maximum lateral ankle support, thanks to the carbon arms, combined with Energyzer technology for correct fore and aft positioning. This technology allows for a relaxed lower leg & foot, reducing leg and foot fatigue and lifts the ski tip for less tip drag and quicker ski return;

• Envelopment / Second skin construction - The lacing system is directly fixed on the external envelop of the boot. when pulling the lacing system, the boot is wrapping perfectly your foot like a second skin;

• Envelopment / Ratchet system - The wide ratchet allows to adjust perfectly the foot envelopment, and give lateral support when the skier is coming on the ski edge;

• Heel adjustment / Adjustable heel strap - Adjustment strap around the back of the heel for precise heel hold, comfort and performance;

• Lacing / Dissociated Quicklace - Salomon patended technology, the dissociated lacing system allows to adjust forefoot or upper foot tightening by pulling one part or the other of the Quicklace;
