Isostar Hydrate & Perform Cranberry Red fruits isotonic drink powder with cranberry and red fruit flavor is intended for the preparation of a carbohydrate and electrolyte drink to provide the athlete with the necessary amount of fluid and energy in the body before and during exercise.
The special isotonic formula of the sports drink ensures faster liquid absorption in the body. By drinking before exercise, you will ensure the necessary fluid reserves. Fluid intake during exercise will help improve performance and endurance, reducing the risk of gastrointestinal problems. Using an isotonic drink after exercise will ensure a better recovery process.
Isostar Hydrate & Perform Antioxidants drink is an excellent source of vitamins and trace elements. Calcium and magnesium – ensure muscle function during exercise and recovery. The antioxidants in its composition - vitamin C, vitamin E and zinc contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress that occurs in the body during activities. Vitamin B1 helps ensure optimal energy metabolism, or convert nutrients into energy. The electrolyte sodium helps restore fluid reserves after sweating during exercise. Preparation and use

Dissolve 3 scoops (found in the package) of powder in 500 ml of water.

Use during warm-up - 150 ml every 15 minutes and during exercise 150-250 ml every 15 minutes.

You can start using the drink 3 days before exercise to optimize hydration and glycogen accumulation, or 3h to 1h30min before exercise to maintain hydration and energy reserves.

What do I do if an item fails once it's been used?
- All goods supplied by MySport are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturer's warranty. Certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer or supplier for a warranty inspection before the outcome of the claim is decided. In some cases depending on how much time has passed between when the item was purchased and the fault occurred a repair may be made rather than a refund or replacement issued even if the warranty case is approved.
- Due to health and safety regulations, we request all used clothing to be washed prior to returning back to us and used footwear must also be cleaned. Failure to do this will result in us having to send them back to you, as we will be unable to inspect these goods.
What do I do if an item doesn't fit or I don't like the colour?
- You may cancel the contract within 14 days without stating a reason, either in written form (e.g. letter or e-mail) or by returning the goods when they have been handed over to you prior to the expiration of the term.
Who pays the postage on returned Items?
- If you return something due to it being unsuitable or not fitting correctly or if you return something due to it being faulty, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.
