Hydrolyzed collagen: Collagen is a connective tissue protein, involved in the the normal functioning of your bones, cartilage, teeth, gums, skin and blood vessels. Collagen contains a high amount of certain nonessential amino acids: arginine glycine, proline, hydroxyproline, glutamic acid, and alanine. When ingested in hydrolyzed form (oligopeptide), the long chains of amino acids of the protein have been transformed into very short chains (<5,000 Daltons). That is, it is in a "predigested" form, which makes its absorption higher than that of non-hydrolyzed collagen (whole protein).

• High in vitamins C and D (100% of daily need): Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation. Vitamin D is involved in maintaining bones under normal conditions and the normal muscle function.

• Hyaluronic acid: 20 mg from the recommended daily dose. Hyaluronic acid is a component of cartilage.

How to use - Take 16 grams (3 measuring spoons) once a day. It is recommended to use the product during a two to three month period. Dietary supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dissolve the contents of measuring spoons (16g) in water, yoghurt, milk or juice.
