Lactic Acid Stopper sticks for dilution in your drink contain sodium bicarbonate, which is known for its effect in neutralising lactic acid. Lactic acid is a metabolite produced by the body during short, intense and repeated exertions, frequently causing cramps. These sticks are rich in vitamin B1 and magnesium (228% of Recommended Daily Amounts): - magnesium contributes to good muscular function and can reduce fatigue if there is a deficiency.- vitamin B1 contributes to correct function of the nervous system, extensively involved in muscle contraction during short, repetitive exertions.
Dilute 2 sticks in 500 ml of drink before, during or after exercise.
Sucrose, sodium bicarbonate 34%, magnesium carbonates, maltodextrin, vitamin B1.
