The Beany BLASTER XC 26 is a premium, ultra-lightweight 26-inch youth mountain bike built specifically for young athletes who refuse to compromise on speed and handling. Tipping the scales at an incredibly light 9.5 kg (sans pedals), this bike stands out in kids' races, pump tracks, and gravel trails. Unlike heavy, scaled-down adult bikes, the Blaster features a highly specialized frame geometry developed alongside children's physiotherapists. This guarantees a healthy, perfectly balanced riding position that prevents muscle overloading and builds excellent cycling habits.
The mechanical build is exceptionally modern, featuring the durable Shimano CUES 1x9 Linkglide drivetrain paired with a wide 11-41T cassette, giving kids low-friction shifting and plenty of range for steep climbs without the complexity of a front front derailleur. The rigid 6061 aluminum fork keeps the front end nimble and light, while premium, high-TPI Kenda Kevlar tires offer massive grip and trail comfort (with clearance to upgrade up to 2.35" widths).
