Gaiters combining top Primaloft insulation with the proven membrane used by Cordura are close to ideal for people setting off on wild trails, where you need to be ready for rain and cold weather as well as changing weather conditions dictated by changing levels.

• Used Primaloft insulation from the Silver series with a weight of 170g thanks to its location in the upper part, it effectively insulates and at the same time wicks moisture away, which maintains a dry comfortable microclimate, important during a long approach and temperature changes. The lower part of the protector is made of Cordura. Durable material and membrane parameters provide protection for shoes exposed to damage or wetting;

• Precise finishing of Makalu gaiterswith a metal hook and solid steel cord under the sole, makes gaiters work well in all thermal conditions and the cord is great on the sole for crampons;

• The front Velcro closure and rubber ribbing for a better fit make the protectors fit well on the leg and present professionally and technically, and at the same time they are warm and waterproof - perfect for a wild trail in uncertain weather conditions;
