The SiS GO Energy + Electrolyte gel Lemon & Mint is the first and only true isotonic energy gel in the world. You lose electrolytes quickly during your exercise. It is essential that these electrolytes such as sodium, potassium and magnesium are replenished.
The gel not only provides a quick amount of easily digestible carbohydrates (22 grams) for energy, but also provides 118 mg sodium, 9.5 mg potassium and 1.5 mg magnesium per gel. This gel is also suitable for vegetarians.
